iFaTech was born out of the shared vision of Baptiste and Trésor. Trésor was born and raised in the Republic of Benin, while Baptiste, though born in Benin, was raised in France. Both of them pursued top-tier higher education in France, specializing in different fields - Baptiste in finance and Trésor in mathematics and computer science. After graduation, they immersed themselves in the tech industry, working for innovative Parisian startups.

Their journey to founding iFaTech began when they noticed a pattern in the European and American tech scenes. Many companies were outsourcing their tech needs to South America or Asia, seeking access to tech expertise that was either rare or too costly to find locally. However, this came with significant challenges, primarily the substantial time zone difference, making collaboration cumbersome. Moreover, the rising costs of these outsourcers began to negate the primary benefits of outsourcing.

On the other side of the globe, they also recognized that Africa was brimming with brilliant, young tech enthusiasts. These young Africans are eager for two things: a nurturing tech ecosystem to help them grow to world-class standards and real-life problems to test their skills and contribute to global tech solutions. Additionally, Africa's time zone alignment with Europe and its cost-effective living standards made it an appealing destination for tech collaborations.

In essence, this is the story of iFaTech - a project born from the desire to create a bridge between European tech companies and Africa's untapped tech talents. It's a tale of identifying the challenges and opportunities in the tech industry and striving to build a platform where talent knows no borders, and innovation knows no limits.
